Every client receives our “Quarterly Health Reports” (QHR’s) that include data on trouble ticket trends, analysis of data growth, test results on backups, confirmation of bandwidth and much more. We create a roadmap of issues to resolve now, next quarter and next year. We know full well that everyone’s technology budget is “as little as possible”, we just make sure that you know just what that budget number needs to be, in advance of when you need to write the check.
